Technology
The sweet, rich flavor is achieved by combining select cherries with grape distillate and sugar, then aging in oak barrels.
Although the liqueur has only 3 ingredients, every stage of production is a complex technological process. Thanks to each of these stages, the flavor of the liqueur becomes heady and velvety, with a wonderful balance between the softness of the fruit malt and the light bitterness of the cherry pits.
