Restoration of the historic rotunda in Stryiskyi Park

Stryiskyi Park in Lviv is a place with a rich history and a unique atmosphere of beauty and tranquility. More than 100 years ago, the park’s rotundas were architectural masterpieces and popular gathering and leisure spots. Today, thanks to the efforts of the !FEST emotional holding, one of these rotundas has been brought back to life.

The restoration of the rotunda, made possible through a victory in an online auction, was carried out with great attention to detail. When the restoration began, the building was virtually destroyed, but today it has been brought back to its former glory. The rotunda, which once housed a pavilion of Sarotti, a confectionery company known for its chocolate products, is now part of the summer terrace of Piana Vyshnia.

Visitors can enjoy not only Ukrainian cherry infusion but also coffee, traditional Ukrainian pastries, and ice cream in a historic setting. The space brings together the atmosphere of the past with modern service, making every visit a memorable experience.

The rotunda and summer terrace in Stryiskyi Park continue the tradition of beauty, tranquility, and leisure that began more than 100 years ago during the Regional Exhibition. The restored pavilion has once again become a popular meeting place, just as it was in the 1920s and 1930s, when the exhibition attracted leading specialists from across various fields of the economy.
